Tenant Application Required Fees
There are two fees associated with the processing of your rental application:
1. Application Fee. This fee is $100.00 to cover the expense of processing your application.
2. Background and Credit Check Fee. This fee is $30.00 per each adult who will be residing in the property paid directly to the vendor.
For your convenience, you can submit your application and pay the application fee online. You will receive an email invitation to pay for the background and credit check separately. Your application will NOT be processed until these fees have been paid.
As part of our tenant screening, we will contact your current employer to verify your employment history and income. We will also contact your current landlord to verify your rental history. We strive to complete our tenant screening within 24-48 hours. You can help expedite this process by contacting your employer and landlord and request their timely response.
NOTE: Payment of Application and Background Fees DOES NOT GUARANTEE you will be approved for placement. These fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. Please review our company tenant screening criteria. All applicants that do not meet our company screening criteria will be submitted to the landlord/owner for possible consideration. However, we make no guarantees of acceptance as every case is different.
